About us

Digital Peaks was founded in November of 1997.  Since then, Digital Peaks and its people have worked in a variety of capacity for a wide range of clients, both big and small.

Principal Consultant

Rhiannon Gallagher provides consulting on User-Centered Design and Usability.  She believes success in these areas enable companies to produce high-quality software and web applications.
 
Rhiannon has more than 10 years of experience. Her specialties include: design, systems administration, training, community-building, development, healthcare applications, ethnographic techniques, and the incorporation of usability and user-centered design into agile development methodologies.

What we do

We listen and offer solutions that are appropriate.  We want our clients to invest in functional, usable, stable technology that meets their present and foreseeable needs.

We work in close collaboration with clients, on their priorities.  We help enunciate and discover their requirements and then build in the flexibility to react to change.

We keep clients involved and informed througout our relationship so they see results consistently and predictably.

What we don't do

We do not recommend snowplows to people who need umbrellas.  It is not in our interest to recommend solutions that clients can't afford or don't need.

We do not take on work that we aren't prepared for.  if we don't believe we can be successful for a client, we won't take their business and can often help them locate a consultant who can.

We don't participate in illegal activities — we don't install software without a license, set up music download sites, or work for illicit businesses.
