Digital Peaks was founded in November of 1997. Since then, Digital Peaks and its people have worked in a variety of capacities for a wide range of clients, growing the company's client list and revenue every year. We're still small, but we have a worldwide network of fellow consultants who provide support when needed.
Here is what we do:
We listen and offer solutions that are appropriate. We want our clients to invest in functional, usable, stable technology that meets their present and foreseeable needs.
We work in close collaboration with clients, on their priorities. We help enunciate and discover their requirements and then build in the flexibility to react to change.
We keep clients involved and informed throughout our relationship so they see results consistently and predictably.
Here is what we don’t do:
We do not recommend snowplows to people who need umbrellas. It is not in our interest to recommend solutions clients can’t afford or don’t need.
We do not work with technology to avoid people. We work with technology to help people. We thrive on contact, collaboration, and communication.
We do not take on work that we aren’t prepared for. If we don’t believe we can be successful for a client, we won’t take their business.
We don't participate in illegal activities - we don't install software without a license, set up music download sites, or work for illicit businesses.
