Patrick is an Apple Certified Systems Administrator and Apple Certified Trainer with more than 15 years of system administration and development experience.  He has been architecting and developing software for 12 years, including a variety of complex web-based applications. Patrick also has a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

When he’s not working with clients or tracking of the rumors about Apple’s next big thing, Patrick enjoys photography, the outdoors, and his family.

Rhiannon has been working as a usability professional and interface designer for more than 10 years, working with major international corporations and small local businesses alike.  She wasn’t sure the Web would take off when she first tried it in 1993, but she’s a believer now.  She specializes in software related to the healthcare industry, but has worked with companies from a variety of industries.  She has combined her geography and print design backgrounds into a unique approach to usability and requirements management.  She focuses on helping companies leverage agile and user-centered processes without traumatizing their staff or budgets.

When she’s not working with clients, Rhiannon gardens, writes, and plays silly games with her son.
